As we usher in the new year, Strategic Diversified takes the time to re-examine and modify our approach to all facets of what we do. This year we have decided to follow the following plan: Decide / Commit / Act / Succeed / Repeat! Any visitors to our offices will see posters and signs with this message everywhere you turn. We believe in constant improvement internally just as we do externally with our many clients. Our 2018 kick off meeting was not about what we were planning to do, rather how we would change what we do everyday to achieve a positive effect. Dec 9th, 2017 marked the first annual TriStar F&I Cash Bash! With almost $100,000 in bonuses and cash pulls, the night was one to remember. Strategic Diversified hosted the event which was impeccably coordinated from beginning to end by Jennifer Volatile (way to go Jen!!!). With a full casino, open bar, sit down dinner, DJ, and a wall full of prizes, prize checks and pictures, the four hours flew by! Special thanks to Kevin Sergent for funding the event and being a terrific dealer to work for! In addition, EasyCare sponsored the open bar and hotel rooms for guests. Strategic Diversified provided all of the prizes for the casino give away. Huntingdon bank kicked in Pittsburgh Penguin tickets to cap off the evening. Its hard to believe that a new year is almost upon us. The next 8 weeks are filled with fun, family and the promise of a fresh start. We will be closing the year with our clients as we normally do: with projections for the new year. Remember: Projections are not simply a number we hope to achieve, projections are meant to examine the opportunities and challenges that exist currently.
