Please join me in welcoming the newest member of our team: Jenny Kats! Jenny was born in Kharkov, Ukraine and raised in Brooklyn, NY. She moved to Philadelphia for Art school, and has been living here for 10 years. Jen met her husband in Philly, was married, and has 2 wonderful children, 3 cats, and a dog. Jen enjoys nature walks / hiking, spending time with her family, hockey, photography / designing, rehabbing furniture, and a few guilty pleasure TV shows. (don’t we all!) Jen will be working in the office assisting our DMs in the field as well as our dealer partners. Welcome aboard!

SD is excited to announce that Peg Hertrich has joined our team. Peg is extremely knowledgeable and one of the most energetic people you will ever meet. Peg is the oldest of five children, and is a native of the tri-state area. A business owner for 20 years, Peg believes that customer service is paramount and brings to every interaction a comprehensive understanding of what dealerships need to be successful. An advocate for women-owned and local businesses, Peg is also committed to community charities. She has sat on multiple boards and chaired numerous fundraising events for hospitals, schools, and other organizations in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Peg's two sons are an attorney and an accountant, and her daughter-in-law is a marriage and family therapist; they all practice in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs.

Time sure does fly! In March of 1998 Bob and Rob Volatile moved to West Chester Pa. to start Northeast Dealer Services and the rest is history! Early on, the company took off and began doing business with many dealers in the mid Atlantic and northeast. We are proud to say that WE STILL do business with more than a few dealers from our early days. Now functioning as Strategic Diversified, Northeast Dealer Services expanded both corporately as well as in our client offerings. We have far to many important events to list in one blog post, but suffice it to say, it has been one hell of a ride! In more recent news, a few years ago Bob retired and Jeremiah Shelton became a partner. SD / NDS is poised to make the next 20 years far greater than the first, but our humble beginnings and the many clients, friends, partners, and associates that have helped along the way deserve a round of applause and our sincerest thanks. Here's to 20! CHEERS!!!!
Having been headquartered in West Chester Pa for 20 years this coming May, and having many of the good folks at Strategic Diversified having lived in the area most of their lives, we have our fair share of Eagles fans. This years Super Bowl winning team showed the world what we at SD believe: A great team that holds each other accountable with passion and discipline can do incredible things! Way to go Eagles!
